1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern use of the IAMMOGUL website and online services operated by IAMMOGUL™. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Membership purchases and benefits are also governed by the Membership Terms. Refund and cancellation conditions are described in the Refund Policy and any applicable event terms. Review those documents before making a purchase.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use your own account. Do not share credentials or impersonate another person. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Requesting membership does not guarantee acceptance. Access depends on application review, membership status, payment status, verification requirements and the eligibility rules for the selected service or event.

IAMMOGUL is an adult professional membership community. Applications are reviewed for the relevant membership offering and market. Individual experiences may have additional age, location, invitation or tier requirements; review them before reserving.

3. Membership and benefits

Membership benefits vary by level and may be subject to availability, capacity, invitation, drawing selection and individual event conditions. A membership does not guarantee admission to every event, selection in a drawing, or an unlimited number of reservations.

Designated country-club experiences are IAMMOGUL-hosted offerings. Membership does not provide independent membership of or unrestricted access to Palisades Country Club.

Third-party benefits, including any designated FoundersCard eligibility, depend on the applicable approved arrangement and the third party’s conditions. They are not automatically included merely because a provider is mentioned on the website.

4. Pricing, subscriptions and changes

Review the selected membership price, currency, billing cycle and checkout disclosures before paying. Offerings may be recurring or one-time, as shown for the selected plan.

Recurring memberships renew according to the billing cycle and authorization presented at purchase until cancelled under the applicable membership conditions. Changing or cancelling a plan is subject to the Membership Terms, Refund Policy and the options presented in the billing portal.

Upgrade or downgrade timing, proration and refund eligibility must be confirmed through the billing flow and applicable policies. The existence of a plan-change button does not itself promise an immediate change or refund.

Use the subscription-management option in your account, where available, or contact the team for billing assistance. The billing flow and applicable purchase terms explain the effective date and any charges or credits for a change. Removing a reservation, clearing browser storage or deleting a profile does not by itself cancel a subscription.

5. Events and reservations

Events and experiences can have different admission prices, dates, venues, capacity and eligibility conditions. Member admission may be complimentary or paid as displayed for the event.

A pending reservation or drawing/waitlist entry is not confirmed admission. For paid reservations, confirmation depends on verified payment and applicable eligibility. Complimentary reservations still require confirmation and available capacity.

Places may be held temporarily during checkout. Expired or cancelled checkout sessions may release their holds. Event details can change; review current notices and contact the team with questions.

6. Guest admission

Guest access depends on the event and the member’s guest allowance. Some events are members only. Where guests are permitted, the displayed guest admission rule states whether they attend free or pay an amount per guest.

The member must provide accurate guest details where required and ensure each guest understands applicable event, venue and age restrictions. Each reservation must stay within the allowed guest and capacity limits.

Guest admission charges are separate from member admission where shown. The checkout total and confirmed reservation govern the purchase; a guest listing alone does not establish confirmed admission.

7. Drawings, invitations and waitlists

Entering a drawing or waitlist does not guarantee selection, admission or ticket availability. Selection and offers are subject to the stated rules and capacity. Offers may have acceptance and payment deadlines.

Invitation-only access requires the relevant invitation. Do not transfer an invitation or selected place unless the team expressly permits it under the applicable event conditions.

CEO Elite sports opportunities may include Hornets and Charlotte FC suite drawings and the designated annual Panthers opportunity. Eligibility and the number of available places are shown with the individual offering. Membership and entry do not guarantee selection, specific seats or attendance.

8. Conduct and attendance

Respect other attendees, staff and venue requirements. Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access or conduct that interferes with the service or an event.

Alcohol offerings are 21+ only and subject to venue rules. Please drink responsibly. Do not share your digital card or QR code to allow another person to claim your membership or reservation. Staff may verify membership, reservations, identity and guest eligibility at check-in.

We may restrict access or remove an attendee when reasonably necessary to address misuse, safety concerns, a breach of these terms or venue requirements, subject to applicable law and purchase terms. Contact the team to request review of an account restriction.

9. Content and attachments

Website material, photographs, videos, documents and branding are owned by their respective owners or used with permission. Access to an attachment does not grant permission to redistribute it, remove ownership notices or use it commercially without authorization.

If you submit a profile image, message or other material, ensure you have the right to provide it. You authorize its use as needed to operate the feature for which it was submitted, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Third-party links and files may have their own terms. Download and use attachments responsibly.

10. Availability and third parties

We aim to maintain the service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, connectivity issues or other circumstances may affect access.

Venue operators, payment services and benefit partners may apply their own terms. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights or overrides an express commitment made in an approved purchase or event policy.

11. Questions, disputes and applicable law

Use our Contact page with service, billing or reservation questions so the team can review them.

Rights, remedies and dispute procedures are subject to applicable law. These terms do not require arbitration or waive any mandatory consumer protections. If a separate purchase agreement contains additional dispute provisions, review that agreement before purchasing.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes and contact

Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Where required, notice will be provided before material changes apply. The terms applicable to an existing purchase remain subject to the purchase agreement and applicable law.
